Events
School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school event may include:
- school orientation days
- sports carnivals
- open day and school tours
- Harmony Week and Book Week events
- excursions and incursions
- performances, concerts or school productions
- fundraising, charity and community events
- award assemblies
- graduation and other celebrations.

Harmony Day
Term 1
On Harmony Day, we celebrate the various cultures that make up our rich and diverse school community. Students are invited to wear cultural dress or orange.
Book Week
Term 3
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week such as a book parade and a school-wide story tour.
Public Education Week Open Day
Term 3
School open day is an opportunity for students, parents and carers to see what happens in our classrooms and attend a showcase assembly.
Kindergarten Orientation
Term 4
We welcome our incoming Kindergarten students with three one-hour orientation sessions. Please ensure you have enrolled well before Term 4 the year before your child is due to start school so that you don't miss any of our transition activities.
Presentation Day
Term 4
At the end of each school year we recognise the achievements of our students at a formal presentation assembly. Parents of award recipients will be invited to attend.
